DESCRIPTION:For English please see below\nIn questo ritiro sono incluse pratiche di Kum Nye e di Mindfulness che ci possono aiutare a coltivare generosità, disciplina, pazienza, diligenza, concentrazione e saggezza. Il Buddha ha parlato di 10 perfezioni o parami. Successivamente, nel Buddhismo Mahayana ne sono state descritte 6. Che siano 6 o 10, è necessario coltivare queste qualità per poter essere pienamente risvegliati a se stessi.\nQuesto ritiro si focalizza sull’incarnazione di interconnessione, appartenenza, sintonizzazione e generosità. Saranno inclusi i Quattro Stati Sublimi dell’amore (metta), della compassione (karuna), della gioia empatica (mudita) e dell’equanimità (upekkha).\n \nCONDUTTRICE\n\nMaura Sills è la fondatrice della Psicoterapia Core Process, che offre un innovativo approccio psico-spirituale alla terapia. Il Karuna Institute integra modelli psicoterapici occidentali con la psicologia buddista e pratiche di mindfulness. Basandosi su più di 30 anni di esperienza, la Psicoterapia Core Process offre una profonda comprensione di ciò che aiuta e di ciò che ostacola la guarigione e la trasformazione.\n \nDATE E LUOGO\nIl ritiro si terrà nella meravigliosa cornice dell’eremo di Montecastello (BS)  dal 30 Settembre al 5 Ottobre 2019. Comincerà alle 15 del primo giorno e terminerà con il pranzo dell’ultimo giorno.\n \nCOSTO\nIl costo del ritiro è di 160 euro + 25 euro di tessera sostenitore da versare al momento dell’iscrizione. The Buddha spoke about ten perfections or parami. Later these were described as six perfections within Mahayana Buddhism. Whether ten or six, these qualities were recognized as needing to be cultivated in order to become fully self-awakened.\nThis retreat concentrates on the embodiment of interconnection; belonging; attunement; acceptance and generosity. We will include the Four Sublime States of Love (metta); Compassion (karuna); Sympathetic Joy (mudita) and Equanimity (upekkha).\nTEACHER\nMaura Sills is the Founder of Core Process Psychotherapy which offers an innovative psycho-spiritual approach to therapy. The Karuna Institute integrates western psychotherapeutic models with Buddhist psychology and mindfulness practices. Drawing on over 30 years of experience, Core Process Psychotherapy offers a depth understanding of what helps and hinders healing insight and transformation.\nMaura is an Honorary Fellow of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Director of Training at the Karuna Institute which offers Master Degree Programmes in Buddhist Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy along with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Retreat.\nDATES AND VENUE\nThe retreat will be held in the beatuiful frame of the Hermitage of Montecastello (BS), on Lake Garda, in the following date:\nSeptember 30-October 5 2019\nIt will start at 3 pm of the first day and will finish with the lunch of the last day.\nCOST\nThe cost of the retreat is 160 €  plus 25 euros for the registration in the organization, which has to be paid at the moment of the enrollement to secure the booking and is non-refundable (however in case of withdrawal within 10 weeks before the beginning of the retreat it will be possible to recover the partecipation fee using it for other events).\nPlease note: this cost only covers the administration costs and travel expenses for the teacher and the translator.\nFor the teacher and the translator there will be a dana.\nThe cost for room and board is 60 euros per day (full board in single rooms) and it will be paid locally.
